Thanks to everyone who posted commments on our first topic. Indeed our names are so important. My husband and I deliberated over our children's names just like some of your parents did. People have trouble pronouncing my daughters' names too. My youngest, Leanne, has been called "Lean-nee"or "Lee- annie". To round off this topic, I will give 10 points to the person who can guess correctly what my dialect name means. My dialect name is 'Chin See'.
